Karen Li
B.Kin, DPT
Karen completed Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and Bachelor of Kinesiology from University of British Columbia.
Her path into physiotherapy was shaped by her own experience as a basketball athlete, where overcoming significant injuries ignited a passion for rehabilitation and human movement.
With a strong foundation in athletic performance and injury management, Karen has worked with elite and grassroots sports teams across Sydney—including basketball, rugby and soccer. These roles have given her a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on athletes at all levels. She applies this insight to deliver personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation strategies that promote performance, prevent injury, and support recovery.
Karen is committed to guiding individuals through their rehabilitation journey—whether they’re elite athletes, weekend warriors, office professionals, or recovering from motor vehicle accidents. Her treatment approach consists of a combination of education, exercise and manual therapy. She designs tailored treatment plans that empower her patients to return to their favourite activities!
Outside of the clinic, Karen enjoys staying active through strength training, running, cycling, and hiking.
