Your first session includes a detailed assessment where our physiotherapists will chat about your concerns, review your medical history and do a physical exam. From there, we'll explain our findings and get started on a personalized treatment plan.
We usually encourage you to book a 45-minute or 60-minute session as your initial appointment and follow-up sessions are typically 30 minutes, but this all depends on your treatment plan.

We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule an appointment, you can do so online on JaneApp, 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or give us a call and we can help you.
